CRI welcomes summer support staff to the team
We are excited to share that we have two new staff joining the team for the summer and early fall.
Kelly Soong is a 4th year Bachelor of Business Administration student at UNB, pursuing a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Media Arts & Cultures. She has joined us for her co-op term with CRI and will be working toward developing a CRI merchandise marketing plan, and supporting both our Training and Communications staff. Kelly has previously worked with the Pond-Deshpande Centre, Atlantic Workforce Partnership and Muriel McQueen Fergusson Centre. Some of her passions include social and environmental issues, filmmaking and graphic design.
Heather Loomer is an aquatic scientist with a decade of experience conducting research and aquatic assessment of local waterways impacted by various human activities such as municipal waste waters and agricultural activities. She has been part of CRI since 2005, as an undergraduate honors student and is completing her PhD within CRI. During this time, she has also been involved with course and workshop development in CRI Training. Heather will be helping to make sure that CRI Training courses and programs continue to run smoothly while Manager, Sarah Tuziak, is on maternity leave from mid-June to end-September.
